Our staff size is large enough to tackle larger projects and yet small enough for personalized attention.
We maintain a full-time staff including three design engineers and three CAD designers along with other support staff. We also have substantial flexibility to adapt to fluctuations in work flow by maintaining relationships with several CAD and other design consultants. In addition, all staff members are CAD-capable, enabling us to “team up” when the need arises.

ATM is managed by Tim McPartland, a Sacramento Structural Engineer, whose structural design experience spans over 30 years. He graduated cum laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering.
