Tesco Controls Inc. Remodel
Transformation of an existing, 105,000 square foot, 30-year-old warehouse into an impressive office and production facility. The project included many structural upgrades and the addition of a two-story, 30,000 square foot office.
In Progress: Napa Commerce Center
The Napa Commerce Center is under construction for 6 buildings totaling 388,000 square feet, featuring industrial and flex buildings. Building G, the largest building on the property, is an 152,704 square feet industrial tilt-up building.
Dunnigan Hills Hulling & Shelling
This facility is a state-of-the-art almond facility that features the industry’s leading equipment. The total square footage of this facility is 76,000 square feet, with 44,000 square feet of concrete slab.
Located in Sacramento, California, this 54,000 square foot concrete tilt-up building serves as an Industrial Facility/Corporate Headquarters for Royal Electric. The facility also consists of a hybrid panelized roof structure and a steel & concrete floor structure to add to its quality structure design.
This 26,800 square foot warehouse & distribution facility is located in West Sacramento, CA. The facility also consists of an 80,000 square foot exterior parking addition.
Motion Control Engineering, Inc.
This project is a one-story, concrete tilt-up office building with a steel and wood panelized hybrid roof system. It is 55,000 square feet, with an additional 13,000 square foot mezzanine consisting of steel decking with lightweight concrete and is supported by a braced frame.

El & El Wood Products
Located in Elk Grove, CA, this two-story tilt-up concrete & steel building is approximately 52,000 square feet and serves as a warehouse and distribution center for El & El Wood Products.
Core-Mark Distribution Services
Located in West Sacramento, CA, this 252,000 square feet concrete tilt-up building serves as a home base for Core-Mark International Distribution Services.
This 24,000 square foot office & warehouse building is located in Sacramento, CA.
The distribution center for Dollar Tree is a single one-story concrete tilt-up building with a 35-foot interior clear height. It is approximately 500,000 square feet and contains significant roof and floor-mounted conveyor systems.
ATM Engineering collaborated with Sisler and Sisler Construction to design and develop this 56,000 square feet manufacturing and training facility. The project is a concrete tilt-up building with a hybrid panelized roof structure & floor structure.
Optical Coating Laboratory, Inc.
Located in Santa Rosa, CA, these two two-story buildings total to about 185,000 square feet. The concrete and steel composite floors designed specifically to decrease the effects of floor vibration that can affect sensitive equipment.
Metropolitan Van & Storage
This 53,000 square foot single-story concrete tilt-up warehouse has a hybrid panelized roof structure and a steel & concrete floor structure.
