Dollar Tree Project

Stockton, CA

The project consists of a single one-story concrete tilt-up building with a 35 foot interior clear height utilized as a distribution center for Dollar Tree. Constructed in two phases, it is approximately 500,000 square feet and contains significant roof and floor-mounted conveyor systems.

Rancho Cordova, CA

The project consists of a single, one-story concrete tilt-up office building with a steel and wood panelized hybrid roof system. It is approximately 55,000 square feet, with an additional 13,000 square foot Mezzanine. The Mezzanine floor consists of steel decking with light weight concrete and is supported by a braced frame.

Santa Rosa, CA

Building 1 is a two-story concrete tilt-up manufacturing facility with research & development. The concrete and steel composite floor was designed specifically to decrease the effects of floor vibration that can affect sensitive equipment. Approximate building area is 145,000 square feet of manufacturing and research space.

Building 2 is a two-story steel moment frame office building with concrete and steel composite floor and a steel roof deck. Building 2 is approximately 40,000 square feet of total office space.
