The Didion

The Didion is a 25,000 square foot, four-story mixed-use apartment building located at 24th and J Street in downtown Sacramento. The building utilizes steel screw anchors combined with a reinforced concrete mat foundation system to address poor soil conditions and a site with no work space beyond the building footprint. Concrete block is used for the first floor walls. The floors utilize steel beams and wood framing to complete what is primarily a wood framed building.
